hi there!! yes i use an absolute TON OF LAYERS!! way more than most people use i think haha, i use probably around 200 or more the majority of the time but i am slooowly learning to use less and less (gettin’ out of my comfort zone a bit!) especially on backgrounds!

it’s definitely the characters that use the most layers vs the backgrounds i draw, especially if i’m drawing something somewhat new and i’m trying to figure stuff out omg
